The Erasmus+ Ka1 staff training was provided by Joanna Pinewood Education Ltd. in London, UK from 8 - 12 December 2014 in London for staff of Skills International GmbH, Austria.
The training was entitled From Fantasy to Reality - Augmented Adult Literacy and Numeracy in the Real World Workshop.

Skill Card Strategy
The skill card (also called skill set) is the basis for professions as used by the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA, www.ecqa.org).
It contains units with modular learning elements where the performance criteria are defined. Such a common set of skill sets is needed for the free mobility of staff.
